Greenwich Prime Meats has been the ONLY place we buy our meat with full confidence that every meal will be perfect. Over 20 years we have always had the most delicious Steaks that have perfect Taste, Texture, flavor and Quality. We always combine their famous garlic bread, twice baked potatoes, Gorgonzola salad, onion rings and lasagna. Also excellent chicken. They make a signature steak sandwich to go. One of the best home made lasagnas ! Fresh asparagus and beefsteak tomatoes and a shelf full of other fixings. This is a one stop destination. Thanks to Sal the legend and taste of the old Manero’s Steak House continues. The place is super CLEAN and the butchers very friendly and exceed all health codes. Sals Steaks match and EXCEED steaks we have had at Peter Lugers and The Palm. EXCELLENT 10-10 score We use to come from Yonkers now we come from Westport Ct.
Stopped in while driving North to Massachusetts. Picked up a great Roast beef sandwich, slaw, and a bag of chips. Drove down North Street enjoying the highlight of the 10 hour drive from Delaware. If i only had a helicopter!
If you remember Manero’s (sp) down by Greenwich Harbor, you’ll be back at home at Greenwich Prime Meats. Home of the famous tid bit sandwiches that you really can’t get anywhere else. Salad dressing, Gorgonzola and a sandwich will run you a few bucks. As you can see the meat is pricey but it’s really excellent for special occasions. Can’t recommend Greenwich Prime Meats enough.
Great tid bit wedges, would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes a good cut of meet on either a regular sub bread or u can have the sub roll made garlic bread style. The sandwich usually comes with fried onions and cheese or u could just get it plain with just the meat. Basically u could have it anyway u like!. Overall though it's a great place to get any cuts of meet u like from burger meet to prime rib to anything in between and higher. It makes my mouth watering just thinking about the sandwiches and a beautifully cut and cooked piece of meat.
I order from here a lot. the food is fantastic!! Do yourself a favor and order the tidbit sandwich on garlic bread and thank me later. Their chicken scarp and cottage pie are outstanding as well.
Best garlic bread in the state. If a fan of the now closed Manaros'. This is the the garlic bread. Same butcher now owns this store. Top prime meats that were served at the restaurant now for sale there.
Like the name implies, they have a great selection of Prime meats. The filets we bought today were wonderful and so tender.

This is the best place on the face if the earth. I just discovered that it is the inheritor of the famous Manero's style meats, salads etc. i would rather eat one steak a year from here, thank one a day from any supermarket. They kept the faith. Stews has many of the ingredients, but Greenwich Prime (if you know USDA grading, and I do) is PRIME - they are not trying to trick you into a lower grade by branding it Angus or something. Caveat emptor! Its enough to make you a vegetarian!
